Terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility.
Payments.
========
To book a tee off time/opens entry/buggy hire via our website, you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will be charged with the full amount for your booking fees.
Upon arrival at the club, please report to the Pro shop before playing your round
Society Bookings
=============
A deposit is required at the time of your making your on line booking for your society of £5.00 per person to be
set against that perasons golf green fees on the day.
Upon your arrival at the club, please report to the Pro shop and pay the remaining balance before you play.
Cancellation Policy
===============
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must contact the Secretary quoting your reference number and details of your booking etc.
If you cancel your bookings more than 2 weeks before your chosen date, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee or an alternative date could be mutually agreed.
If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your date of play, we will refund 50% of your booking fees
Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, none of the booking fees will be refunded.
Course Closed
============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee or an alternative date will be agreed between both parties.
Booking Transferable
=================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
On Arrival
=======
Please report to the Pro shop.
Handicaps
=========
There is no prerequisite for handicap certificates for normal play.
Dress Code
=========
Any clothing specifically manufactured for golf is acceptable. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, etc. Tailored shorts are permitted on the course socks must be worn with golf shoes
Clubhouse
=========
Smart casual clothing should be worn in the Clubhouse.

Catering
======
PLEASE NOTE:
Payment for your chosen catering requirements is to be paid direct to the Steward as this is a separate franchise from Oldpadeswood Golf Club.
Payment of Annual Subscriptions
==========================
Annual Subsrciptions may be paid over the telephone using Debit/Credit cards, the subscription is however an anuual fee due and should you choose to resigne part way throught the year no refund will be made.

Any personal details held by Oldpadeswood Golf Club or Teetimes4you will NOT be passed on to any 3rd party.
